Pepa Collins


Lauranza Pinkney Collins,

92, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 15, 2006.

He was recognized as the longest active living member of First Baptist Church at their 95th anniversary. He was a deacon for many years and was a testimony of the love of His Savior to all who met him.

He is survived by his loving wife,
Mary Elizabeth ( Mema ) of 64 years;
son, William Edward Collins ( Bubba );
daughters,
Sarabeth (Ronald) Cawlfield,
Teresa (Tommy) Smith,
Martha (+Darrell) Davis,
Laura (Bob) Kelch.

He was “Pepa” to his eight grandchildren
Randy (Lydia) Cawlfield,
Kimberly (Kato) Boldon,
Sharon Cawlfield,
Timothy (Kathy) Smith,
Samuel (Diana) Smith,
Mary Margaret Smith,
J. D. Davis, and
Michelle (Rocky) Colombo;
and eight great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. today, Thursday, March 16, 2006 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
