We got to spend our second wedding anniversary with Christian Recording artist, Michael W. Smith, and my twin brother Tom and his wife Kristin.
Well, actually there were about 2,000 others there at Rolling Hills Community Church in Tualatin, Oregon, a suburb of Portland.
The day started out with a visit to our doctors office and a sonogram, where we got the official confirmation we are having a baby girl. This time there is no doubt that we are having a girl.
Then we went out for lunch at Kim's favorite Mexican restaurant in town.
At about 430 pm the four of us headed to Portland for the MWS concert.
All in all it was a very great day.
These two years have seemed to flown by so quickly. Yet, it seems like we have been married forever. Unlike most couples, we have practically spent the past year and a half together, 24/7.
that's what deputation does for you. We have been blessed by this time spent together. We thank God every day for bringing us together.
The picture is outside the church for the MWS concert. It is a mega church. We heard one man saying, as he left the concert, " not bad for a small hick church."
