Every second Saturday of the month we men, at First Indian Baptist Church meet for men's breakfast.
I had the opportunity to bring the month's devotion. I talked about encouraging one another in the Lord.
James 5:16 was one of the verses I used. "Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective."
After we ate, I gave this short devotional and then we broke off into groups of two and shared requests. I asked the men to take these requests home with them and pray for that man all week. Also I asked them to call them during the week and check on them and encourage them in the Lord.
