We got to spend two weeks of vacation time in deep south Texas, with Kim's family.

Kolin got to go to the beach for the first time. We also went to a children's museum, as well as the zoo.

We got to attend a Sunday Morning service in the church we met and were married at. It was good to see a lot of friends at church then. We had lunch with some of them at our usual hang out in McAllen, Hop Tung.

We spent some time with the former crew of missionaries we worked with in McAllen, as well as visiting Taylor Christian School, in which I taught at. We saw many of the former youth I worked with from a church I attended.

I can't say that we got a lot of rest. But that's how it is with kids, but we did enjoy our time with family and friends.
