Sports Update

Well it's NBA Finals time of the year.

We have the Miami Heat with Shaq Daddy and D. Wade against the Dallas Mavericks with cool time owner Mark Cuban, Gentleman Coach Avery Johnson and German Dirk Nowitski. So far the Mavs are leading the Heat, 2-0.

The Cincinnati Reds went on a long winning streak and now are mired in a 4 game losing streak. At least they are being competitive, and are near the top of the NL Central.

Daunte Culpepper of the Miami Dolphins looked good in the Dolphins recent training camp. Also, former Oregon Duck, Joey Harrington is just ecstatic to be out of Detroit.

The Oregon State Beavers baseball team is off the the College World Series in Omaha, NE. Go get em guys. The Beavs are the only team in the CWS this year, who played in it last year. Last years ( 2005) champion, Univ. of Texas, was the only team to make it from the 2004 CWS participants.

My twin brothers step kids did well this season in track. Both were disatnce runners. We attended many track meets this spring.

And the drama of " will he or won't he" the Portland TrailBlazers story goes on. Wondering if Billionare Paul Allen of Micro Soft fortune and fame, is going to sell the team. Hey Paul, Our ministry needs some help. All I hope is that the Blazers stay in Portland.
