What is a missionary? Someone who preaches or is a nurse or doctor on the mission field. That is what I thought when I was a young kid growing up in church.
I never imagined that you could coach or even be in charge of laundry.
My memories of the laundry house are of Mary Hilgendorf. She was in charge of the laundry for the students here on campus. That was her ministry. It is so good God has many different ministries, and that He uses many people with many different talents.
Mary and her husband, have now since gone on to be with the Lord. This is what I think of when I saw the laundry house go down.
