Katy Beth: She continues to amaze us. She is still not two years old and can sing a variety of songs. Although, some of the words are hard to decipher. She can say he A, B C's and count to about 20. Although she doesn't recognize each letter or number.
She took a trip to Urgent Care this morning with Mommy and got some antibiotics for some sort of throat infection. Same meds stuff, lil brother had the week before. She loves her time at church and is becoming quite a little busy bee in the nursery. She still doesn't want to sit still in the main service. Caillou, on PBS and Sprout, continues to be her favorite show. Although she also likes, Wonder Pets, Peep and Mickey Mouse. She loves having books read to her. She is a joy to all those around her, here on campus. Her favorites are Steve B and Leroy A. Katy Beth will celebrate her second birthday on the 29th of this month. We are going to have a small party for her on the 31st, after Daddy gets done with his youth outing.
Kimberly: She took a trip to Urgent Care for her sore throat. We were concerned she had a case of Strep Throat just like Kato. Praise the Lord, she did not. She had Pharyngitis. She we are happy she didn't have it like Kato. She continues to love heading up the nursery at church. She is attending MOPS meetings on some Thursdays at a fairly large Church in town. She eventually wants to start one at our church for Native ladies and those in the community around the church. She has done a great job at taking care of and raising the kids. Not an easy task.
Kato: I want to thank all those who prayed for me while I had strep throat. I wasn't able to eat much for four days, and I lost 12 lbs from it. My throat was so very sore. But God has healed it just fine. I am pretty busy, most of the time. With 6 missionaries being gone for support raising, it has meant added duties. But I am happy to pitch in and help where needed. I still work with the youth at church and head up the recreation department also. I work in the sound booth and do the power points for the morning services. Also I am leading the staffs Wednesday morning chapel devotions. I help out on campus with the maintenance department when needed. I am so thankful for our two kids and a loving wife that supports me. They all are a blessing from the Lord. Thanks to all those who pray for us and give financially to our ministry. I hope you know what a BLESSING you are to us.
